  1. DETAILS OF PURCHASER

When you use this website, you agree to the processing of the information and details and you state that all information and details provided are true and correspond to reality.

  1. ORDERING INFORMATION AND DELIVERY

The products can only be ordered online, with a home delivery service. The product prices are inclusive of VAT (27%), however, the price excludes the delivery fees. Packaging costs are not being charged. The detailed scale of delivery fees can be viewed under the Terms of Delivery.

After finalizing your order, an automatically generated email is being sent to your given email address with the details of your order. In case of not receiving such an email, your order has not been approved. In this case please contact us. The delivery of the product will only take place then. You can check the status of your order from the beginning until you receive it, under the Track my Order menu.

 

  1. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and allow you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude delivery charges, which are added to the total price.

You may use, as a payment method, the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Furthermore, you can pay with Google pay or you can pay for your order to the courier in cash when they deliver your order.

 

  1. PLACING AN ORDER

If you want to order an item click the “Add to Cart” button on the item’s product details page. You can place the product into the cart without signing in, however, to place the order you have to sign in first. It can be done through registration. To register click on the registration button. If you are a returning customer but have forgotten your password use the password reminder option. Type in your email address. This must be an email address currently registered, the password will be sent to you by email. To enter your account click on the sign-in button and enter your email address and password then click on the sign-in button. In case of successful entry, your registered email address will be shown along with the exit button through which you can leave the store.

By clicking on the cart you can check the contents of your cart. Under the cart button, you can check the details of your order. Here you can view and modify the contents of the cart by selecting the number of products you want to order, and also you can choose the most suitable option for you from the delivery options and various payment methods and also cancellation of the order is possible here. You also have the option of emptying your cart. If you want to place other items in your cart select the “continue shopping” button. If everything is fine and you want to place the order click on the Check out button to finalize your order.

 

  1. EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

Right of withdrawal

If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract, within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the Shipment Confirmation.

If you want to start the exchange or return process firstly you have to fill out our Google Form, which you find on the website: www.vivienvance.com

 

Effects of withdrawal

If you decide to withdraw from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including delivery charges without any undue delay.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

 


Not have the right to withdraw from the contract

However, the consumer may not exercise their right to withdrawal for all types of contracts, except if a specific conventional clause is provided by the parties.

Withdrawal is usually impossible for the following types of contracts:

●     for the provision of services if performance has begun before the end of the 14 days period

●     for the supply of goods or services that price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market

●     for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or which cannot be returned (liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly)

●     for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software which were unsealed by the consumer

●     for the supply of newspapers

●     for gaming and lottery services

If the consumer has contracted credit for the goods or services, the credit shall be canceled following the withdrawal without penalty.

Your right to cancel the Contract shall apply exclusively to the products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. No reimbursement will be made if the product has been used once it has been opened, for products that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered or if they have been damaged, so take care of the products while in your possession.

Please return the products using or including all their original packaging, instructions, and other documents, if any, accompanying the products. In any case, you must send the product to be returned together with the receipt that you received when the product was delivered.

            Returns of defective products

If you think that at the moment of delivery the product is not as stipulated in the Contract, you must contact us immediately on our contact form, providing the product details and the damage sustained, you can also send an email to shop@vivienvance.com

You must return the product and give it to the courier that we send to your home.

We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by email within a reasonable period if the product may be exchanged or whether you have a right to a refund. The refunding or replacement of the article shall take place as soon as possible after the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the product is going ahead.

If a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, we will give you a complete refund including the charges you have accrued of delivery and return. The refund will always be paid using a transfer. If you asked for your order by cash on delivery, under the refund process you have to give us your account number in the email for the money back transfer.

 

  1. MODIFIED CONDITIONS

These Conditions may be modified. It is your responsibility to read them periodically, as the Conditions at the time of using the website or concluding of the relevant Contract (as defined further on) shall be those that apply.
